1. We assist customers in returning items to US online stores at no extra cost before we ship the items from our US warehouse to Ghana. But the customer will:
    (a) Contact the US online store and obtain a return shipping label.
    (b) Forward the return shipping label to Tridol Express.
  2. We process packages for return on Fridays. This is subject to change without notification.
